Before taking this course, I would hear the word dinner and immediately have a negative attitude and feel absolutely defeated and tired. After working a full day and taking care of two kids after work, the last thing I would want to think about is what to make for dinner. I can’t recommend the Batch Cooking Course enough. It is the perfect length, easy and fun to get through, and easy to refer back to. Applying the fundamentals in this course has changed my life. I travel a lot for work and have a really demanding job. I never prioritized nutrition and didn’t understand that what I was eating wasn’t nourishing my body.
